These guys helped me a lot! I've booked a transfer about 10 hours before the arrival and got the confirmation in 30 minutes! We had no idea what to do at 6am in the rain in Belgrade. I had a very nice driver. I shared ahead during the online booking that I would be traveling for a funeral of a nearest loved one and he was very respectful and kind. At the same time he was able to make some jokes and make me laugh during the 3 hour trip.

I would like to thank again here to Lina, the lovely person who took care of this ride update, and everything related. The initial driver, by hearing there will be an extra passenger required 15 euro cash, saying he will not drive my manager to the airport unless we are willing to pay. I asked Lina to allocate me a new driver; Aleksandr (the new driver) was a remarkable driver, coming even earlier to pick my manager from the hotel and the other passenger. Lina ensured me there will be no extra payment. The driver kept close by whatsapp saying what car and registration number my manager should look for, when exiting the hotel to go the airport! Exquisite services! Thank you!
